Description

Location: Mason, OH 45040
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Employment: 2 months contract (possible extension)
Shifts Available: 

  • 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible)
  • Hybrid (2–3 days/week onsite at Mason Office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Client Service Team in preparing client presentations and coordinating industry events or conferences

  • Schedule and coordinate client visits and special events

  • Manage travel arrangements, calendars, meetings, and routine correspondence

  • Handle calls and respond to requests about office procedures or routing to proper departments

  • Research and compile data; present findings with clarity and possible recommended actions

  • Create and maintain routine and non-routine reports to support management decisions (e.g., renewal status reports)

  • Ensure consistency in outgoing communication and proper authorization

  • Maintain records and files; complete special projects as assigned by management

  • Maintain confidentiality of all privileged information

Must-Haves:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing skills to efficiently handle large volumes of data
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify errors and ensure accuracy in all data entries
  • Basic Software Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database management systems
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines consistently
  • Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication to understand instructions and collaborate with team members
