Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented SMB Implementation Admin Support professional to join our team in Mason, OH (45040), supporting the EyeMed brand. In this role, you will manage Excel-based membership files, handle portal setup and client communications, and provide administrative and project-level support to the Client Services team. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and capable of maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced hybrid work environment.

Job Details
  • Employment Type: 2-month contract (possible extension)

  • Location: Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite at Mason, OH 45040

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM 

  • Pay Rate: $22.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain Excel membership files

  • Set up client accounts in the Group Portal and manage transition communications

  • Coordinate client visits, presentations, and internal/external communications

  • Provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination

  • Prepare and maintain both routine and non-routine reports for internal use

  • Respond to internal and client inquiries professionally and accurately

  • Ensure outgoing materials and documentation meet organizational standards

  • Handle confidential information and support special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Must reside within 30 minutes of Mason, OH (due to hybrid requirement)

  • Recent and relevant administrative experience in the U.S. (no internships or overseas experience considered)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database tools

  • Fast and accurate typing skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with data formats such as CSV and XML

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or client portal tools

  • Previous experience in compliance-heavy environments (healthcare, finance, insurance)

  • Experience with data validation, formatting, and reporting
