Kelly is partnering with a Johnson & Johnson company in San Angelo is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate to support operations within the Production, Planning & Logistics department. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and moving materials throughout the production process to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate
Location: San Angelo, TX
Department: PP&L (Production, Planning & Logistics)
Pay Rate: $23.63/hour
Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.12-hour shifts | 4-on / 4-off rotation | 24/7 operation
Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and ship materials in a warehouse environment
• Coordinate material movement to support production needs
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Support continuous 24/7 manufacturing operations

Shift & Schedule Information (Important): 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

• Warehouse roles operate on 12-hour shifts:
• Shifts follow a 4 days on / 4 days off rotation

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
