Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate

Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 or 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00-$21.00hr (based on experience)
No weekends, nights, or mandatory overtime

We're looking for a reliable Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Associate to join our Cleveland, OH team. This role is ideal for someone comfortable in a warehouse environment who thrives in a structured, task-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Receive incoming shipments (UPS, FedEx, LTL truck shipments)
• Check in products and receipt into our Epicor/P21 ERP system
• Put away received items using bin numbers and Wireless Warehouse
• Pull and pack customer orders accurately
• Invoice orders with correct shipping charges
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory
• Conduct final product inspections before shipment
• Make occasional deliveries to local customers
• Assist with international shipments and tracking
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience a plus
• Forklift certification (or ability to become certified)
• Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned environment
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor/P21 preferred)
• Clean driving record (for occasional local deliveries)
