Description

Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our warehouse and logistics team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt and shipment of materials and finished products, maintaining records, and upholding quality and safety standards.

Pay: $16.00-$17.50hr/Based on Experience
Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30/4:00/4:30 PM (dependent on daily need) Monday-Friday 
Location: Warren

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify daily deliveries from small parcel carriers and freight trucks
• Match incoming shipments to purchase orders and enter information using a scanner
• Unload freight deliveries with a forklift and inspect for damage
• Verify items for shipment by accurately matching item and serial numbers to pick slips
• Arrange carrier pickups and prepare necessary shipping documentation
• Complete internal and external shipping paperwork
• Coordinate transportation for completed orders

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• 1+ year of shipping and receiving experience
• Forklift experience (or willing to train)
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus
• Experience with first article inspection is a major bonus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
