Shipping Coordinator & Logistics Coordinator
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday (9:00am-5:30pm - may need some flexibility)
JOB SUMMARY:
Perform duties related to the processing of hardware for client orders and inventory on hand. Duties include, but are not limited to, receiving incoming packages, verification and entry into inventory, stocking, kitting and shipping, final order review, and securing shipments prior to courier pick up. Duties also include tasks related directly to support of Recycling, Accessories, and Depot operations, as well as assisting the Shipping Lead(s) and Logistics Manager with assigned tasks.
What's a typical day as a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator? You'll be:
- Assisting Shipping Lead and Logistics Supervisor with assigned tasks
- Processing and tracking incoming shipments.
- Receiving packages and documenting them thoroughly.
- Matching incoming devices to open orders.
- Equipping (kitting) and provisioning devices as required.
- Performing the final order review of packages, securing until courier pick up
- Recording all data for outbound shipments.
- Processing shipments timely to achieve client service level agreements (SLA).
- Managing the inventory of devices and accessories. To include regular physical inventories, proper stocking and removal of hardware and security of assets.
- Processing return orders from clients.
- Assisting with processing hardware for Recycling, Accessories, and Depot operations.
- Providing support to cross-functionally to Helpdesk, Logistics, and Project Management teams.
- Specializing in receiving inbound (receiving and documenting) and exporting outbound shipments (final order review and documenting).
- Operating with integrity and maintaining security of assets and information.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
