Shipping/Receiving - Warehouse Associate Company Overview Kelly Services is looking for a dedicated and physically capable Shipping/Receiving Worker - Warehouse Associate to join our team in the Stow area. This position involves loading and unloading food products and requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Job Description The Warehouse Associate is responsible for loading and unloading food products, handling heavy loads, and following directions accurately to complete daily tasks. This role demands physical stamina and the ability to work in extreme weather conditions. Compensation
- Pay $17.00 (higher based on experience)
- Sunday-Thursday 11am-7pm
- Load and unload food products from trucks and storage areas.
- Lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day.
- Read and follow directions accurately to complete daily workload.
- Work required hours to fulfill daily tasks.
- Comfortable with working inside and out of refrigeration and freezers
- Forklift experience is preferred (NOT REQUIRED)
- Must be able to handle a dolly load of up to 250 lbs.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Physical ability to kneel, climb, twist, push, pull, bend, balance, and stoop on a daily basis.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to read and follow directions.
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions.
- Physically capable of handling heavy loads and performing physically demanding tasks.
