Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $27.56 per hour plus a $1.25 shift premium
Shifts available: 2nd and 3rd shift

What's a typical day as a Shipper/Painter Associate? You'll be:
-Receiving assignments and instructions from your supervisor, both verbal and written, to ensure clarity in your tasks.
- Dismantling transformers and preparing units for shipment, including draining oil and vacuum filling as required.
-Applying paint primer and finish coats to transformers and parts, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
-Have experience in manufacturing or assembly roles, with a focus on attention to detail and quality compliance.
-Are comfortable working at heights and utilizing various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
-Possess the ability to follow established manufacturing procedures and communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
