What's a typical day as a Document Processing Associate? You'll be:
  • Logging checks, processing checks, and handling documents

  • Working CLEAR queues efficiently and accurately

  • Making outbound calls to insurance carriers and handling inbound calls to resolve issues

  • Researching faxes, reports, correspondence, and refund/return checks

  • Following client's policies, procedures, and service-level agreements (SLAs)

  • Assisting with backup tasks or special projects as needed

  • Using proprietary client and company applications to complete daily work

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedural guidelines

  • Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone

  • Ability to work under immediate supervision and adapt to new tasks

  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office and data entry systems

  • Flexibility to handle both routine and more complex assignments over time
