What's a typical day as a Verification Specialist? You'll be:
  • Logging and processing checks and documents

  • Working CLEAR queues and handling outbound/inbound calls to/from insurance carriers

  • Researching information from faxes, reports, and correspondence

  • Resolving issues through follow-up phone calls with carriers

  • Performing clerical support duties to meet client needs and service level agreements

  • Using client and company proprietary applications effectively

  • Adhering to client policies, guidelines, and standard procedures

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • Experience in office or administrative environments

  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, repetitive task environments

  • Strong research and phone communication skills

  • Familiarity with processing checks and data management tools

  • Ability to follow procedures and adapt to shifting priorities

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
