Job Title: Service Technician – Machine Shop
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on machine shop equipment and tools
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, providing effective solutions
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure seamless workflow
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Assist with equipment installations and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and shop policies
- Provide technical support and training to shop personnel as needed
- Proven experience as a Service Technician within a machine shop or industrial setting
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Competency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
- Technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred
