SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fund mortgages and home equity lines of credit (HELOCs)
• Review documentation and resolve discrepancies promptly and accurately
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and SLAs

MUST-HAVE HARD SKILLS

1. Banking / Accounting / Bookkeeping experience
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
4. Experience meeting SLAs
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Initiative and strong work ethic
