Job Title: Senior Quality Technician
Location: Ventura, CA
Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Quality Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll help set the standard for accuracy, consistency, and quality across our operations. You'll support calibration efforts, guide teams in maintaining best practices, and ensure products and processes meet high-quality expectations. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail and hands-on experience in quality or operations who wants to grow into a leadership role.
What You'll Do
- Support the calibration and alignment of processes to maintain consistent quality.
- Monitor and review product, material, and process checks to ensure standards are met.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend practical solutions.
- Assist in training team members on quality standards and procedures.
- Lead quality checks across different stages of production and operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections and quality activities.
- Help prepare for internal reviews and support team audits.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in quality, production, or a related technical field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
- Solid understanding of quality checks, processes, and best practices.
- Good judgment when making decisions based on prior knowledge and experience.
- Comfortable leading small initiatives and supporting team members.
Nice to Have
- Experience training others in quality processes.
- Familiarity with calibration, testing, or inspection tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
