What's a typical day as Senior Learning & Development Specialist III? You'll be:
• Executing HR-related training transactions in the Learning Management System (LMS), including assignment of HR training modules and maintenance of training completions.
• Supporting classroom course delivery by coordinating course enrollment, scheduling, and preparing materials and equipment.
• Generating standard and ad-hoc reports in PeopleSoft and/or LMS to track training progress and effectiveness.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field, along with a BA/BS degree.
• Possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively at all levels.
• Have experience in training administration and can manage vendor partnerships, including invoices and contracts.
