What's a typical day as a Senior Learning Technology Contractor?

You'll be:

Learning Technology Strategy & Implementation
  • Owning and managing enterprise learning platforms (LMS/LXP and integrated tools)

  • Partnering with global teams to design scalable, technology-enabled learning solutions

  • Ensuring seamless integration with HRIS, CRM, and other enterprise systems

AI & Simulation-Based Learning
  • Developing and implementing SmartWinnr AI role-play simulations for scenario-based training

  • Creating and managing AI agents to deliver personalized learning experiences and virtual coaching

Gamification & Engagement
  • Designing and deploying gamification strategies to increase learner engagement

  • Using tools such as Qstream and Kahoot! to create interactive, competitive learning experiences

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Working closely with global and US-based L&D, IT, and business teams

  • Acting as a trusted advisor on learning technology trends and best practices

Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Staying current with emerging learning technologies and AI advancements

  • Recommending enhancements to improve learner analytics and performance measurement

Additional Job-Specific Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day environmental and safety guidance for decontamination and demolition projects

  • Conduct job safety walks and workplace safety audits

  • Review site safety plans and approve permits for high-risk activities

  • Serve as EH&S contact during regulatory inspections

  • Gather and report data for regulatory compliance and environmental performance

  • Develop and deliver safety training programs

  • Maintain environmental management records and regulatory documentation

  • Monitor performance against project timelines and contractual obligations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • 8+ years of experience in learning technology implementation and management

  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as ACTO, Allego, MindTickle, SmartWinnr, SuccessFactors, or similar LMS/LXP systems

  • Proven experience designing and deploying AI-driven learning solutions and gamification frameworks

  • Ability to create and manage AI agents for learning and support functions

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in global, cross-functional environments

  • Familiarity with learner analytics and performance measurement

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of enterprise learning ecosystems and system integrations (HRIS, CRM, etc.)

  • Certifications in learning technology or AI applications in education
