Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite
Assignment Length: ASAP through 12/31/2026

Kelly is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to work with our client, a leader in the biotech industry, on a temporary basis at their Sunnyvale campus. This is an excellent opportunity to provide direct financial support to the organization's global marketing, global product management team, and strategy teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with business leaders to manage their expense budgets and track performance
• Supporting the monthly close process, including preparing journal entries
• Monthly forecasting and variance analysis
• Monthly reporting

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in accounting and/or FP&A
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business partners
• Experience with Power BI (building dashboards, data visualization, and reporting) will be a huge plus
