In this temp position, you'll play a vital role in promoting and managing seminars for our Cox graduate students. With a focus on organization and communication, you will ensure the smooth operation of seminars while being the primary point of contact for our students. Job Specifications:

- Shift: Approximately 20-25 hours per week
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote seminars by setting them up in the registration system and communicating through various channels.
- Manage registration for BLC seminars and serve as the primary contact for Cox graduate students.
- Oversee one to two evening seminars and one to three lunchtime seminars weekly, including room setup and instructor introductions.
- Potentially manage one Saturday afternoon seminar.
- Assist in managing student assistants within the BLC.
- Handle and respond to inquiries in the BLC email inbox.
- Secure and manage classroom requests for seminars and events.
- Coordinate catering for selected BLC programs and facilitate debrief meetings.
- Execute administrative tasks for seminars, including preparing seminar materials, evaluations, and instructor gifts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience in event coordination or educational environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in using registration systems and communication tools.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for student development.
