What You'll DoAs a key member of our team, you'll play an integral role in the development of next-generation CAR-T therapies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engineering CAR-T and genetically modified T cells to advance immunotherapy research.
- Leading preclinical in vivo studies and conducting downstream analyses to evaluate therapeutic efficacy.
- Developing and optimizing cloning strategies, using both pooled and arrayed cloning approaches.
- Analyzing, interpreting, and presenting scientific data, providing strategic insights to research and leadership teams.
- Mentoring junior scientists and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
We're looking for a creative and motivated scientist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative research environment. The ideal candidate has:
- PhD in Immunology, Cancer Biology, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in immuno-oncology, cell therapy, or pharmacology (industry or academic).
- Expertise in T cell engineering, including CAR-T, TCR-T, or regulatory T cells (Tregs).
- A deep understanding of CAR-T therapies, including the latest advancements and challenges in the field.
- Hands-on experience with preclinical in vivo models for evaluating CAR-T efficacy and safety.
- Strong laboratory and analytical skills, with a proven track record of designing and executing cutting-edge immunotherapy experiments.
- A history of publishing impactful research in immunology, gene therapy, or molecular biology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with human PBMC samples and mouse tissue analysis.
- Proficiency in CAR-T cell phenotyping and functional assays for in vitro and in vivo studies.
- Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with advanced immuno-oncology techniques.
