Robo Wrapper (Warehouse)

Location: Seabrook, NH
? Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
? Shift: 2nd Shift | 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM
? Schedule: Sunday – Thursday
? Work Location: Onsite

Position Summary

The Robo Wrapper is responsible for hand-wrapping and securing food warehouse pallets to ensure safe transport and accurate delivery. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Physical Requirements
  • Hand-wrap selected pallets in a food warehouse environment

  • Stand for extended periods of time

  • Work in varying temperatures, including cooler and freezer areas

  • Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Place protective blankets on cooler pallets as required

  • Transport pallets to the correct dock doors and staging locations for loaders

  • Retrieve out-of-stock items brought to the control center by selectors

  • Become certified to operate a pallet jack, a scrubber, a cardboard baler, and a shrink-wrap baler

  • Ensure pallets are built according to the stop sequence and securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit

  • Verify header labels and inspect pallets for damaged or outdated product prior to loading

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-swept dock area

  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and warehouse best practices

Qualifications

Education & Training

  • High school diploma or GED required

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to read and follow load diagrams

  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with others

  • Dependable and safety-focused
