Kelly Services is currently seeking for a Rework Technician for one of our top clients in Florence, KY.

JOB TITLE:  Rework Technician
DURATION: 2-3 Months (Possible extension)
LOCATION:  Florence, KY
SALARY:  $21 - $22.50 per hour W2
Shifts Available:  1st and 2nd

Hours:
Shift 1   M-F 6:00am – 2:30pm
Shift 2   M-F 3:30 pm – 12:00am


JOB DESCRIPTION:
Needs to have knowledge of all type of components and assembly steps. Ability to perform MRB traveler creation with accuracy, component identification on the Traveler. JDOC navigation ability/knowledge to view work instructions or specification. Ability to change smart torque programs. Ability to work independently with little guidance. Proper material handling correct packaging, transporting.  Treat all material as new.  Ability to communicate issues.  5 years' experience working in industries with complex assemblies; aerospace, medical, mechanical, automotive, semiconductor, etc.
Ability to visually inspect components to a specification and report out defects. Provide end of shift diagnostic summaries to key area owners for continuous improvement. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, MES Software, overall computer skills. Fluent in English, reports or communicated in English. Knowledge of Smart Torque equipment and torque specs/converting torque ratings. Ability to review a status of a part, compare to build instructions, and determine steps needed to complete the unit.
