Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
Job Description:
Kelly Services is looking for a dedicated Revenue Accountant to manage financial records and reporting according to GAAP and other regulations for our client in Honolulu.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain and close financial records within deadlines
- Oversee accounting staff and processes (accounts receivables, billbacks, revenue management, store audits)
- Collaborate with Revenue Manager to identify and resolve issues
- Support annual audits and reviews
- Oversee daily store audits and resolve credit card inquiries
- Process credit card payments and reconcile accounts
- Ensure data accuracy and prepare financial reports
- Improve policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Assist stores with POS operations and perform other accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team management experience; ability to lead and motivate
- Confidentiality and deadline adherence
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Great Plains a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, use hands, reach, and talk/hear regularly
- Frequently lift/move up to 10 pounds; occasionally carry up to 25 pounds
Communication Requirements:
- Interact with employees, supervisors, managers, executives, and vendors
- Handle written and verbal requests
Work Environment:
- Office environment with light noise levels
