Handcrafted Chocolatier, one of the oldest and most celebrated chocolate makers in the world, is hiring a Retail Store Manager for our boutique in Boca Raton, FL. With over 350 years of sweet history, we're not just creating indulgent confections — we're creating unforgettable experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead daily store operations and inspire your team to deliver world-class service
  • Coach associates on upselling, product knowledge, and hospitality excellence
  • Ensure an exceptional in-store experience from visual merchandising to problem-solving
  • Manage inventory, product ordering, scheduling, and team development
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team on hiring, training, and strategic planning
  • Uphold brand standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and premium presentation
  • Be the face and turning walk-ins into lifelong fans

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of proven retail management experience REQUIRED
  • Obsessed with customer satisfaction and building lasting client relationships
  • Organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Familiar with POS systems, inventory processes, and team scheduling
  • Bonus points for multilingual skills or experience in boutique or luxury retail

What You'll Get:

  • Competitive pay: $80,000–$88,000 annually + bonus opportunities
  • Store Schedule: Monday-Sunday 10am-7pm
