What You'll Do:

• Help customers with tax/accounting software via phone and email
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions
• Log support tickets and escalate when needed
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of experience in customer service, help desk, or call center
• Comfortable talking on the phone
• Basic computer skills (PC, Microsoft Office)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience with CCH ProSystem fx or CCH Axcess Tax is a plus
• Must pass background checks (employment, education, and professional reference)

Schedule & Training:

• Paid Training: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET (3–4 weeks)
• After training: Shifts between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET, with some weekends
• Flexibility to work Saturday ad Sunday is required during peak season

Equipment Requirements:

• You'll need a laptop or desktop running Windows 11, specifically Version 24H2.
• High-speed internet (50–100 Mbps download / 10–20 Mbps upload)
• Cell phone (for secure login)
• Wired headset preferred
• Ethernet connection (Cat 6a, 7, or 8 cable)
• PC with 1 GHz+ processor, 4 GB+ RAM, and 64 GB+ storage
  (MacBooks and Chromebooks are not compatible)
