Kelly is seeking a Relationship Manager to work with our Denver-based client, a rapidly growing technology company dedicated to innovating the world of employee benefits. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an award-winning organization that strongly believes in employee development!
The Relationship Manager will play a key role in ensuring high client retention and satisfaction while expanding product utilization. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, focusing on engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Specifically, the Relationship Manager will:
- Bring fresh ideas to the table
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Consistently hit quarterly Big 3 goals
- Maintain a net revenue retention rate above 99%
- Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring proactive communication and relationship-building
- Act as a trusted advocate by understanding client objectives, strategies, and key stakeholders
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Develop and lead quality partnership reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Demonstrate value to clients and guide them in navigating services
- Manage contract renewals and ensure smooth plan year transitions
- Address client concerns efficiently and ensure timely resolutions
- Maintain a client Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 40 or higher
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a relationship manager or in a similar role
- Experience in pre-tax benefits, COBRA, benefits administration, wellness, tuition reimbursement, or related benefits
- Ability to manage strategic benefits discussions
- Proficiency with relationship management CRMs
- Experience in facilitating collaborative workgroups and driving process improvements
- Strong upsell and cross-sell abilities
- Ability to work with technical processes and procedures
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive initiative
- Strong analytical skills to track client goals and drive improvements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
