Regulatory Specialist – Ad Promo (Pharma/Consumer Health)
Location: Remote
Contract Length: 6 months
Pay Rate: $70–$100/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm ET (preferred)
We are seeking a Regulatory Specialist with strong advertising and promotion (Ad Promo) experience to support a leading pharma/consumer health company. In this role, you will ensure all promotional, educational, and training materials comply with U.S. and Canadian regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve advertising, promotional, and training materials

Develop and implement regulatory strategies for new campaigns and product launches

Monitor FDA/FTC activity, competitor advertising, and enforcement trends

Support labeling changes, Promotional Review Committee (PRC) activities, and regulatory responses

Drive efficiencies in Ad Promo processes, compliance, and training
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 8 years in Regulatory Affairs within a regulated industry

5+ years of Ad Promo experience specific to pharma or consumer health products

Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Veeva
