Receiving Clerk

Join our dynamic Production Operations team and play a key role in the receiving, storing, and distributing of materials. Ensure inventory accuracy and security while contributing to a professional and organized work environment.

This is an 100% onsite position in Edgewood, NY (Long Island)

Job Specifics:

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 PM w/benefits
• Compensation: $19.00 to $23.70 per hour + Annual Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Prepare incoming material for warehouse putaway.
• Perform quality checks on incoming material.
• Sign-in jobs at dock/bay stations and verify deliveries.
• Estimate material counts by hand or scale.
• Process and deliver small packages.
• Schedule and manage material deliveries to various locations.
• Prepare for client and management tours.
• Provide guidance and motivation to temporary staff.
• Handle special courier packages.
• Ensure compliance with ISO processes.
• Maintain the appearance of receiving docks.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience in Fulfillment Operations.
• OSHA licensed machine operation (preferred).
• Ability to stand and work throughout the assigned shift.
• Flexibility in work schedule (weekends and holidays may be required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in English (Spanish communication skills a plus).
• Ability to stand for long periods, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 20 pounds.
