Description

We're looking for a motivated Receiving Clerk with experience in receiving and forklift operation to join our team in Maple Grove, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants stability, growth, and the chance to transition into a permanent role.
 

• Pay Rate: $21.00-$23.45
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Opportunity for Permanent Conversion

 
What You'll Do:

• Verify accuracy of incoming shipments against packing slips, manifests, and receipts
• Report any shortages or damages and maintain accurate receiving records
• Enter transactions into the ERP system and scan documentation for electronic filing
• Assist with material handling and forklift operations to move stock as needed
• Perform cycle counts and make appropriate adjustments.

 
What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent specific experience
• 1–2 years of receiving and warehouse experience
• Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during probationary period)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
