Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Reach Truck Forklift Operator to support our warehouse operations in Concord, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a reach truck to move, locate, stack, and count inventory. This role is vital to maintaining accurate inventory flow and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a reach truck forklift to safely load, unload, move, and stack materials.
• Retrieve and store products in designated racking systems and storage locations.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through proper material handling and documentation.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, labeling, and shipping as needed.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid reach truck certification (OSHA-compliant or per local regulations).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating a reach truck forklift in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding setting.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to warehouse conditions including temperature changes, noise, and dust.
