This position is strictly for experienced Reach Truck Forklift Operators who are confident, safety-focused, and ready to perform in a high-volume environment.
REACH TRUCK FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Available Shifts & Pay
1st Shift (Monday–Thursday)
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
$20.50/hour
Weekend Shift (Friday–Sunday)
6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
$22.00/hour
Location: Maple Grove, MN 55369
What You'll Do
- Operate reach truck forklifts (required) as well as sit-down and clamp forklifts
- Safely move, stack, and store products in racking systems
- Unload inbound shipments and stage materials for storage or outbound shipping
- Accurately pull and prepare orders using RF scanners
- Perform cycle counts and maintain organized, accurate inventory
- Assist with physical inventories and warehouse organization
What We're Looking For
- REQUIRED: Minimum of 1 year of recent reach truck forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 10–12 hour shifts
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Willingness to obtain or maintain forklift certification
