Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality? We are looking for dedicated Quality Inspectors to join our growing team! We have immediate openings on both 1st and 2nd shifts for temp-to-hire positions.

Job Summary:
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our printed materials meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency. You will be responsible for inspecting products at various stages of the printing process, identifying defects, and working with production teams to implement corrective actions. This is a temp-to-hire position with excellent opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visual inspections of printed materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, labels, and packaging.
  • Compare printed materials to approved proofs and specifications.
  • Identify and document defects such as color variations, misprints, smudges, scratches, and alignment issues.
  • Use measuring tools and equipment to verify dimensions, registration, and other critical parameters.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.
  • Communicate quality issues to production staff and supervisors effectively.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in quality control, preferably in a printing or manufacturing environment, is a plus!
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong visual inspection skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications and technical documents.
  • Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of printing processes is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [Insert Weight] pounds.
Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: 8-4:30pm. M-F
  • 2nd Shift: 4pm-12:30am M-F
Pay:
  • $18- 21/hr (Pay is based on experience and shift)
