Job Title: Quality Engineer
Location: Huntsville, AR
Type: Direct hire
Salary: $80k-$85k + relocation assistance

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Quality Engineer to join our team and support our current and future manufacturing requirements. In this role, you will determine the most effective methods to improve productivity through the management of people and technology.

Ideal candidate: will have 3 years experience as a Quality Engineer along with in depth knowledge of AS9100.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support quality initiatives in manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze current systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement technology-driven strategies.
  • Enhance productivity by managing and motivating staff.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in quality engineering.
  • Familiar with AS9100
  • Well versed with Power BI
  • Experience with IPC610 or J-STD-001 is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers and project company image to attract business.
