Pay Rate:
$21.00 per hour

Shift Details:
Train initially on first shift for a couple of weeks. Seeking someone for a long-term position on third shift.

Requirements:

About the Opportunity:
As a Quality Control Lab Technician, you will:

  • Test and analyze raw materials, flavors, and packaging.
  • Perform tests on finished products.
  • Conduct production line checks.
  • Manage laboratory supplies and documentation.
  • Perform microbiological testing and environmental ATP testing.
  • Follow GMP, GLP, and SSOP standards.
  • Support quality and food safety processes.
  • Engage with a team to uphold company values.

Qualifications:

  • A.S. or B.S. Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related fields.
  • 1+ years in a laboratory setting.
  • Proficient in mathematics and computer systems (Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with sensory discernment abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Flexible hours and overtime availability.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk continuously.
