At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we're seeking Quality Control Inspectors to work for a premier printing company in Rochester, NY. With us, it's all about finding an opportunity that works for you!

Pay: $18-21/hr. Temp to Hire.
Schedule: A Shift (8am to 4:30pm) or B Shift (4pm to 12:30am) Mon-Fri. 

• Overtime regularly available!

What does a typical day look like for this position? You'll be:

• Conducting visual inspections of printed materials like brochures, flyers, labels, posters, and packaging
• Comparing printed pieces to approved proofs and job specifications
• Identifying and documenting issues such as color variation, smudging, scratches, or misalignment
• Using measuring tools (rulers, calipers, templates) to verify dimensions and registration
• Recording accurate inspection and test results
• Communicating quality issues with production teams and supervisors
• Participating in corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts
• Assisting in the implementation of quality procedures
• Ensuring compliance with company and customer quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area and adhering to safety regulations
