Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Location: Rock Hill, SC
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure production output meets strict quality standards. This position involves operating automated vision inspection machines, conducting in-process quality checks, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery on the production line, including automated vision inspection equipment, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Monitor inspection machines to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with specifications.

  • Adjust machine components and settings based on product or process requirements.

  • Participate in all required safety training during orientation and follow safety protocols at all times.

  • Perform product identification and traceability tasks according to company standards.

  • Record inspection results, rework, and waste data accurately using logs, reports, and quality tracking databases.

  • Collaborate with production and supervisory teams to address any quality issues or inspection-related concerns.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with housekeeping standards.

  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality/safety regulations.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Previous quality control, inspection, or manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Ability to operate and monitor production machinery and inspection tools.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and communication skills.

  • Basic computer and data entry skills for quality tracking.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement in quality assurance.
