- Shifts- Days 6am – 6pm / Nights 6pm – 6am
- Pay Rate: $15.50 hr / $17.36 hr
- Performs routine tests and analyses to ensure products comply with established specifications.
- Key Responsibilities
- Completes record of inspection results, acceptance, rejection, and disposition for entry into logbooks or computer databases.
- Measures the parameters of the product, interpreting and ensuring conformance to the specification limits.
- Performs package inspection for quality specifications.
- Performs audits of process and finished goods.
- Communicates all deviations.
- Performs all work with adherence to safety procedures.
- Adheres to environmental policy and procedures and supports department environmental objectives.
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proven superior attention to detail
- History of following policies and procedures
- Equipment usage and abilities needed:
- Personal Computer, Printer, Telephone, Copier, Microsoft Office products, LIMS Software
- Panametrics, Lensmeter, Comparator, PIT, CT gauge, CLOVER system other (new) inspection devices as required. Visual lens inspection certification/experience
