Job Title: Quality Auditor
Location: Humboldt Industrial Park, Hazle Township, PA 18202
Job Type: Full-Time (Temp-Perm)
Pay: $17.75 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Monday – Friday About the Role:
We are currently hiring a Quality Auditor for our 2nd shift team in Humboldt Industrial Park (Hazle Township, PA). In this role, you'll help ensure our products, services, and processes meet the highest quality standards through regular audits and data analysis. - Conduct Regular Audits: Evaluate products, services, and processes to ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and internal procedures.
- Identify Non-Conformities: Document and report deviations from quality standards, providing insights into potential risks or failures.
- Document Findings: Prepare detailed audit reports outlining results, compliance status, and areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments including Quality Control, LTL, and Dell Technologies to resolve issues and maintain standards.
- Analyze Quality Data: Review and interpret data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Training & Mentoring: Assist in educating staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify even small deviations from standards.
- Analytical Thinking: Capable of interpreting data and proposing effective solutions.
- Strong Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for reporting and teamwork.
- Excel Proficiency: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred for tracking and analyzing quality data.
- Previous experience in quality auditing or quality assurance
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance
- Experience working in manufacturing, logistics, or tech environments
- Hourly Rate: $17.75
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2 PM – 10 PM
