The QA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the quality assurance team, ensuring products/services meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role develops, implements, and monitors quality control processes while leading and coaching the QA team.

Pay Rate: $75-85K, based on Experience
1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, train, and mentor a team of quality assurance staff; conduct performance reviews and promote continuous improvement.
- Schedule tasks, monitor adherence to internal and regulatory standards, and ensure QA processes are followed.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to support company goals.
- Oversee inspection and testing at multiple production stages; resolve quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent quality throughout production.
- Collect, analyze, and report product/service quality data; maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and work cross-functionally to implement changes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards for quality, environment, and health & safety.
Qualifications
- Quality assurance background, or equivalent related work experience.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Lean Six Sigma) and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, data interpretation, and quality control tools (e.g., root cause analysis, control charts).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; SAP knowledge is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in quality management (Six Sigma, ASQ CQE) is a plus.
- Experience with manufacturing assembly processes.
