Salary: 50-90k based on experience
Location: Lumberton, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8a-5p. 

What's a typical day as a Purchasing Manager? You'll be:
• Planning and budgeting annual spend.
• Executing commercial contracts with suppliers and service providers.
• Researching and evaluating suppliers to determine a list of possible new vendors.
• Maintaining an approved vendor list in our system.
• Contacting vendors to gather information regarding price and availability.
• Collaborating with vendors to provide them with AIG requirements and pricing advantages.
• Evaluating supplier performance.
• Ordering materials for superintendents in the field.
• Issuing purchase orders for superintendents in the field.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 5+ years of experience in purchasing and procurement.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Have the ability to foster and promote a positive work environment.
• Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Are detail-oriented and organized.
• Have experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Are computer literate and have experience with spreadsheets and Excel.
