Project Manager NEPA/Natural Resources
Summary:
Kelly Science is currently recruiting for a direct hire Project Manager in Houston,TX. This is a full-time position that is detailed-oriented and dependable Project Manager with expertise in NEPA/Natural Resources.  Responsibilities include leading and overseeing projects, conducting environmental studies, preparing reports, managing budgets and schedules, and building client relationships.
Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage NEPA/Natural resources projects, including biological surveys, wetland assessments, and environmental impact assessments.
• Conduct field activities and prepare technical reports.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and agencies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Oversee field crews and subcontractors (if applicable).
• Drive company vehicle and comply with safety regulations.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, biology, ecology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in NEPA/Natural Resources consulting.
• Experience managing projects and staff.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and environmental software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Understanding of NEPA regulations and clean water act considerations.
