Position: Contract role - expected 6 months
Location: Diamond Bar, CA 91765
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5pm, onsite
Pay: $45p/h

What's a typical day as a Marketing Operations and Production Manager? You'll be:
• Developing, coordinating, and producing marketing deliverables for association business units and stakeholders.
• Managing implementation of approved marketing plans across various channels.
• Leading the project management platform/software used by the marketing team.
• Overseeing workflow management and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
• Building positive client relationships and maintaining agreed-upon timelines.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Have 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, and marketing strategy.
• Hold a PMP (Project Management) Certification.
• Have expertise in utilizing project management platforms.
• Possess strong organizational skills and can manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Have excellent written and communication skills.
• Are data-driven and analytical.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Have experience in the automotive aftermarket industry or nonprofit industry (a plus).
