Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $46-$50/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8a-5pm
Location: Onsite, Schenectady, NY

What's a typical day as Project Manager (Maintenance)? You'll be:
• Developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans for all wind turbine assets, ensuring compliance with O&M manual requirements and optimizing for operational efficiency.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to schedule maintenance activities that ensure timely execution while maximizing productivity.
• Partnering with contracted companies to ensure adequate staffing and skill sets for maintenance activities, holding them accountable for performance, quality, and safety standards.
• Hold contracted companies accountable for the performance of maintenance teams including performance targets, quality, and safety.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Promote a culture of safety among contracted partners.
• Ensure accurate records of maintenance activities, including site level reporting, task management, and future work planning.
• Document standard work processes including but not limited to site vendor inductions, field maintenance activities, and operational best practices.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, detailing maintenance performance, KPIs, and operational efficiencies.
• Follow up on actions from weekly operational calls with contracted partners and regional
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, or have a High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance or technical position.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in a service, technical, or maintenance role with increasing responsibilities.
• Possess a strong understanding of wind turbine technology, maintenance practices, and safety standards, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in problem-solving.
• Certifications in project management, maintenance planning, or related fields are desirable.
• Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint experience, particularly pivot tables, advanced lookups, charts and data mining.
