Salary: $95K-$105K + Bonus Potential

Join our client's - an industry leader in manufacturing solutions for telecommunications, renewable energy, transportation, defense and others - dedicated Switchgear team as a Project Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of electrical distribution equipment projects, including panelboards and switchboards. This full-time, in-office opportunity offers a collaborative environment where your expertise will directly impact the quality, safety, and efficiency of vital electrical systems.
You will work closely with customers, engineering, and production teams to streamline project workflows, monitor progress, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will help us meet tight deadlines and stay within budget, all while fostering continuous improvement in our processes. Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2-5 years of Project Management experience, preferably in electrical equipment manufacturing or electrical contracting
- Strong ability to read and interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings and RFQ documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Smartsheet, and SAP
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced, high-volume project environments
- Experience managing project budgets and schedules
- Knowledge of electrical distribution equipment standards and safety regulations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including quality, engineering, and manufacturing
- Familiarity with safety, environmental, and operational compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2-5 years of relevant project management experience in electrical or manufacturing industries
- This position is fully onsite; remote work is not available
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with sales, engineering, production, and quality teams
- Willingness to actively participate in safety and quality committees
