Job Title: Customer Service & Warehouse Associate (Cherry Picker Experience Required)
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85043
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm We are seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Service & Warehouse Associate to join our team! This role is customer-facing and also includes warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate is experienced in operating a cherry picker, skilled with computers, and comfortable working in a will call setting.
Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers in a professional manner
• Assist with will call orders and customer inquiries
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Safely operate a cherry picker to retrieve and stock items
• Use computers for order entry, inventory tracking, and other tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment

Requirements:

• Experience driving a cherry picker (certification a plus)
• Prior customer service experience
• Computer proficiency (order processing, basic data entry, etc.)
• Ability to work in a will call setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and punctuality
