Kelly Services is currently seeking a Project Manager for one of our top clients in Jacksonville, FL.

• Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Project Manager for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Jacksonville, FL. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

As a Project Manager placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:

• Applies highly developed management methodologies to streamline project and program management processes.
• Designs and develops industry leading quality control operating practices.
• Individual contributor who is a developing subject matter expert, works independently with minimal supervision and facilitates cross functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Manages the tactical execution in the design and delivery of project and program management policies and practices.
• Applies project management skills, tools, and techniques to manage the project and program scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk. Serves as primary contact for client and team queries and concerns.
• Interfaces with all necessary organizations (Marketing, Sales, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Suppliers, etc.) to provide for design support, buy-in and implementation.
• Adheres to Safety & Environmental policies and procedures and supports department objectives.

Qualifications:

• 6 to 8 years of project management experience in operations environment. Strong computer skills (network and PC) Good negotiation skills. Work experience across multiple regions desirable.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in project management and program management processes and tools.
• Project Management Certification.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-functional, cross region, and cross company team environment
• Solid financial skills, including business case development.
• Demonstrated track record of implementing new systems/technology in highly complex organizations
• Ability to synthesize large quantities of process and technical information and present cogent recommendations to multiple organizational levels.
• Experience with new products integration.
• Supervisory Experience with regular employees and/or contractors is preferred.
