Pay Rate: $48–$50/hour

What You'll Do:
• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to drive efficient and effective project execution.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company standards.
What We're Looking For:
• 3–5 years of experience in construction project management or facilities management (10 years or less preferred).
• Onsite construction experience is required—candidates with telecommunications or IT backgrounds will not be considered.
• Experience in commissioning of building utilities, power generation systems, or data centers is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage complex timelines, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
