Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm
Pay rate: $24-28/hr

Roles and Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition reporting needs in terms of creating, generating, maintaining, and improving reports.

Daily Tasks:

  • Generate and improve reports based on KPIs to ensure quality data and on-time delivery of reports
  • Collaborate and consult with Talent Acquisition units and stakeholders to understand and deliver complex reporting services for insights and data visualization.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology and IT teams to understand system capabilities and data management
  • Troubleshoot, coach, and provide general support to end users (recruiters, hiring managers, applicants, etc.)
Top Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience supporting reporting capabilities and implementation in a relevant function (Oracle – Taleo, PeopleSoft; SAP – Success Factors, Fieldglass)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate – Advanced in Excel, Visio)
  • Proficient in PowerBi
  • Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented
  • Results oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) serves as an industry, company, and community leader.
  • CSR division creates shared value by inspiring and supporting the dreams of our communities and strengthening social acceptance of company
  • This position is responsible for community event coordination and local corporate social responsibility administrative support in designated Honda communities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Coordinate and execute community events including Honda sponsored community events, associate community volunteer events, other associate community engagement events, and collection drives
  • Build strong relationships with associates and internal cross business unit stakeholders; and represent CSR Division internally and externally as needed
  • Monitor and report on local CSR activity and support Local CSR Unit business plan
  • Develop communications materials to promote local CSR opportunities to associates
  • Provide administrative support as needed for local CSR activity

Minimum Educational Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.

Minimum Experience:
1-2 years of experience in community engagement programs and project planning
-Ability to represent company in professional manner
-Excellent organizational and project planning skills with attention to detail
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

WORKING CONDITIONS:
-Travel: Yes (15%)
-Schedule: Available to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays
-Must be located within commuting distance of Torrance, CA

Physical Requirements:
-Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
-Prolonged periods of standing/walking at events or activities
-Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
