Program/Project Manager – Legal, Risk & Regulatory (Hybrid) at Nasdaq 

Location:  Philadelphia, PA - Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) 
Team: Legal, Risk & Regulatory 
Contract type: W2 under Staffing Supplier  
Contract duration: 10 months 
Pay rate: $55-60/hour

Nasdaq is seeking a dynamic Program/Project Manager to lead and transform projects for our Legal, Risk, and Regulatory team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work onsite and remotely, balancing collaboration and flexibility. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Lead strategic programs from inception to delivery, aligning with Nasdaq's goals and performance metrics. 

  • Design and maintain a program dashboard that provides senior leadership with powerful insights and real-time tracking of milestones, progress, risks, and dependencies. 

  • Create detailed project and risk management plans, ensuring resources and project timelines stay sharp. 

  • Develop executive-ready reports on status and outcomes, distilling complex topics into actionable intelligence. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement in project delivery. 

  • Champion best practices in portfolio and governance management. 

What You'll Bring: 

  • Enterprise-level program/project management experience, managing multiple complex projects. 

  • Expertise with PowerBI, PowerPoint, JIRA, MS Project, and leading reporting tools. 

  • Experience with AI-driven projects, ROI analysis, and vendor evaluation. 

  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills, able to deliver insights to senior stakeholders. 

  • PMP Certification preferred. 

  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
