Kelly Government Solutions is a strategic supplier and business partner to the federal government and its key suppliers.  Through our partnership with the National Institutes of Health, Kelly Government Solutions offers administrative, IT, engineering, scientific, and healthcare professionals the opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious research organizations in the world.  We are currently seeking a Program Analyst with the National Institutes of Health in Rockville, MD


This is a long-term contract position which offers:

TASKS. The contractor shall:
  1. Work with staff on planning, organizing and executing meetings, conferences and teleconferences. 
  2. Educate trainees about further opportunities available to them at NIH and elsewhere. 
  3. Assemble material for workshops, retreats and courses. 
  4. Create and maintain a working database for various recruitment activities.
  5. Receive, review and enter applications into the database,; record pertinent applicant information; set up applicant files; prepare official correspondence to applicants and universities; prepare notification letters to applicants.
  6. Developing and refining SOP for reviews of Diversity Supplement applications, including identifying relevant timelines and the requisite grant information needed for review
  7. Prepare correspondence, reports and other written material
  8. Analyze and present selected program data to Branch and Center management staff.
  9. Prepare feedback reports to Diversity Supplement applicants based on reviews of their applications
  10. Perform analysis of existing program databases; plan modifications of such databases; analyze and present selected program data to program staff and teaching faculty
  11. Developing and refining SOP for reviews of Diversity Supplement applications, including identifying relevant timelines and the requisite grant information needed for review
  12. Produce and disseminate program recruiting information.
  13. Aid in the development of social media information about the Diversity Supplement and ADAR programs
  14. Produce and disseminate program recruiting information.
  15. Prepare promotional materials for meeting exhibits and presentations, special events and other events.
  16. Maintain program statistics monitoring.
  17. Conduct short and long term follow up of Diversity Supplement and ADAR programs to understand program impact
  18. Coordinate with the NIH program office during recruiting and selection of program applicants.


REQUIREMENTS. The contractor must have:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Community and Public Health and/or related fields
  2. Experience with Statistical Package languages such as SPSS
