Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Production Technician to work at a cutting-edge production facility in Caldwell, TX. Sound like something you're interested in? Pay Rate: $19.50/hour for day shift, plus $2/hour shift premium if moved to another schedule

What's a typical day as Production Technician? You'll be:
  • Loading and unloading process equipment with precision and care
  • Operating machinery to ensure products meet the highest customer standards
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace and facility
  • Championing safety regulations and putting safety first in every task
  • Operating forklifts efficiently and safely
  • Ensuring lot integrity by maintaining accurate paperwork and batch/run sheets
  • Applying chemical operation safety knowledge and following proper material handling procedures
  • Lifting up to 50lbs and working comfortably in both hot and cold environments
  • Standing throughout the shift while performing essential manufacturing duties

  • Bring manufacturing experience (preferred)
  • Possess forklift operation experience (required)
