Position Overview:
As a Production Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our seafood manufacturing plant. This position requires a seasoned professional with prior experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor production team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Provide guidance and direction to the production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Production Oversight:

• Coordinate and oversee the daily production schedule, ensuring efficient utilization of resources to meet production targets.
• Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.

Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with the quality control team to uphold and enhance product quality standards.
• Enforce adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols, maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Training and Development:

• Conduct training sessions for production staff on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Identify skill gaps and work with management to implement training and development plans.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Effectively communicate production goals, targets, and performance expectations to the team.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and logistics, to ensure smooth and integrated operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous Leadership Experience:
• Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role within a food and beverage manufacturing setting.

Industry Knowledge:

• Background in the food and beverage industry
